She loves explaining the details of needed treatment as well as the financial side of the dental equations. Her goal is to do all she can to help each patient reach their desired outcome.

Donna loves to spend time with her family and enjoys running and working out. Her mottos is: "There is always something to be grateful for."

Ali

Ali is a pediatric hygienist and has been in the dental field for over 16 years, 8 of those years in pediatrics. She also starteted her career as a dental assistant.

Ali says, "I absolutley LOVE helping children with their dental care. Learning about them as people as watching them grow is one of my favorite parts of my job!"

When I'm not in scrubs you can usually find me teaching a group fitness class like Zumba, Strong Nation, CrossFit, Barre, etc... Or making memories with my family. Being the only girls at home with 3 boys and my wonderful hubby make laughter a regular occurrence as there is never a dull moment.

Gabby

Orthodontic Technician

My favorite part of my job is watching a patient’s progression from start to finish. Seeing how people change, both in appearance and confidence, and seeing their excitement when they see their new smile, is amazing!

Gabby is a clinical assistant to Dr. Brian. She works with patients from beginning to removal, and at every step in between. Gabby greatly enjoys the hands-on aspect of her work, along with visiting with patients. She also appreciates being part of a team that feels like family, with everyone working together to ensure patients have the best experience possible.

When she’s not assisting Dr. Potocki, Gabby can be found studying, as she’s a second-year student at Jackson College. She’s also a yoga instructor who enjoys working out, biking, and traveling.

When Katie is out of the office, her time is spent cheering on one of her three boys at football, track and field, or powerlifting. She also enjoys spending time with her "fur" daughter, a german shorthaired pointer named Bailey, and her great dane, Bruno.

KeAira

Ke’Aira

Front Office Administrator

"I love working at Grass Lake Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics! The best part about working here is seeing the growth of a child from check-in to check-out. Watching them gain confidence in the dental clinic and becoming a healthier and happier version of themselves, is truly my favorite part!"

Ke’Aira’s career in dentistry began in 2010 after completing 2 years of the Dental Occupations program at Jackson Area Career Center. Shortly after graduating, she accepted a position as a Dental Aide in 2012 where she then worked in many different positions, both clinical and non-clinical, for the next 9 years.

You can find Ke’Aira working in our front office, answering the phones, scheduling appointments, billing insurance, and assisting our families with questions. Outside of work Ke’Aira likes to listen to music, take her kids to the park, go for walks with her 2 dogs, shop, cook, and spend time with her boyfriend, family and friends.
